Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable—and so is mine! To ensure every client receives the best experience possible, I kindly ask that you review the following:
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals:
If you’re running behind, please reach out! I’ll do my best to accommodate, but arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule (subject to the cancellation policy).
Emergencies Happen:
Life is unpredictable—I get it! If something urgent comes up, just let me know. I appreciate open communication and will always approach things with kindness and understanding.
